The McMaster Institute for Research on Aging (MIRA) and the Faculty of Engineering, invite you to a kickoff meeting to explore research and collaboration opportunities in the area of Robotics, AI, Health and Mobility in Aging. This initiative will bring together researchers from across disciplines at McMaster.

Researchers will discuss challenges in health, aging and mobility and potential solutions or approaches that leverage artificial intelligence and robotics.  The intention of this initiative is to catalyze and support the development of an interdisciplinary research proposal that may be submitted to MIRA for internal funding, with the goal of building a McMaster-led program of research in this space.

The meeting will be Friday March 21, 12:30 -3:30 PM (in person, location TBD), and will include short presentations from researchers, followed by facilitated discussion about potential research directions.
